Terms of Service
These terms apply to the public APES Contact Centre website. They explain how the route finder and support pages may be used, and how external APES or third-party destinations fit into that journey.
Using the APES Contact Centre
The Contact Centre is designed to help visitors find the correct route before contacting APES services.
Purpose of the website
This website provides public information, route guidance and direct links to APES services, forms and related destinations. It is intended to improve contact accuracy and reduce misrouted enquiries.
Using route guidance
Route summaries and directory entries are provided to help you choose the best available contact path. You remain responsible for choosing the route that best matches your enquiry and for checking the details you submit to external services.
Acceptable use
- Use the public routes for genuine enquiries, support needs, complaints, bookings or governance matters.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt the site or submit harmful, unlawful or misleading material.
- Do not rely on the site for emergency response. Call 999 where immediate danger exists.
External services and linked websites
Many routes on this site open APES helpdesk pages, staff access, other APES websites or the secure Donorbox donation page. Those destinations may have their own terms, privacy rules, technical controls and availability conditions.
Availability and updates
APES may update route labels, links, legal pages and release information when services, governance requirements or public guidance change. The Change Log Hub records major public website releases for this site.
